The tip won't last.
I work in the networking industry. I fish lots of conduit on a regular basis and the biggest issue I have is finding a quality, non-metal fish tape that can reach 200ft.I've had really good luck with this brand in the past with other tools and decided to give this a chance after wasting close to $500 on a Jonard Reel.I got about three, 200ft runs in before the metal, spring-ish tip began to show a tear in the fiberglass directly beneath the transition point from metal to fiberglass. After one last fish of three cat6 lines, it broke. Rather disappointing after such a short time, especially for the price -- but still worlds better than the Jonard Reel which I was never able to successfully get to work on a single 200ft run.Technically, I can still use this without the tip, but the problem is, without it, it catches far more frequently on anything that isn't a straight conduit.

Can be used even if there are wires already in the conduit
What I like about this fish tape is that even if the are wires already in a conduit, I can still push it through to the other end to draw new wires in.What I also like is that it is coated or insulated and round, unlike other flat and exposed metal fish tape.
