Ordered this item to replace one that failed after years of faithful service. I kinda balked at paying 8 bucks for a hunk of rubber but it looks like that’s the going rate for this part.Also wasn’t sure that it’d fit my current application which is a Craftsman Dual Bagger with the fabric bags for a 42″ Ariens riding mower. It was an exact match to the part that failed and as you can see in the pictures it even came with the hardware to attach to the upper and lower portions of the chute assembly. The only part I needed was the rubber latch but the fact that it came with the hardware as well was a totally unexpected added bonus. If I’d seen that in the description I wouldnt’ve hesitated for a second to buy it – maybe I missed it somewhere.Couldn’t be happier and especially with the added bonus of having the hardware to replace in case any of that fails or breaks off at some point in the future.

I initially bought a set of 2 of non-original parts to repair the bagger (it connects/latches the 2 pieces of the bagger hose/pipe).These 2 latches both broke very quickly (after 1 mow) and easily. They were much stiffer then the original part that lasted 10 years.The part I bought now is original Husqvarna (same as many other mower brands, like my Craftsman).I have high hopes it will last many years.
