Gamazone delivered two Craftsman that were NOT California compliant (backup battery). The picture & description indicate compliance, however the delivered product did not include the backup battery. Professional installers will not install due to loss of license risk. Had to purchase Chamberlain (who also makes Craftsman) from Lowe’s, who was also selling non-compliant Craftsman openers.

Remotes and keypad only work at extremely close range, and with that I mean inches from the unit. I tried the antenna extender kit with same results. On a positive note, I’m now using it as a paper weight because that’s all it’s good for!
