These plastic jaw covers make a great addition to my Knipex pliers and tools. They snap into place and stay put. The design of the Knipex pliers precludes parallel jaws and small opening width. I use these to work on chrome plated plumbing fixtures. They work great on the hex nuts, but not at all on the round parts. I previously had a junk brand from a box store, but they were hard to adjust and never worked right. These covers outperform the brass brand junk.Highly recommended if you need pliers to work gently on plated parts.

This set is a must have if you do fine finishings or even regular moens . Doesn’t mare your products and lots of grip power!!!! Used one matte black, brushed gold, bronze, copper DOESNT scratch, mare, dent . Just beautiful finishes!!!!!! And it’s 3 sets. I didn’t read where it said that. I thought it was only 1 set. Still worth it. !
