FINALLY! Snap ring pliers with tips that do not break off after four or five uses! I used them to easily install my full C clips on my HD U-joints in the front axle of my Jeep Wrangler TJ. The full clips are a lot stronger than the 2/3 circle snap rings, but you need special pliers rather than your fingers and a flat-headed screwdriver to install them. All the pliers I got from AutoZone, O’Reilly, Home Depot and Lowes broke on the first use. All. Of. Them. These installed eight rings the first day and then did some much larger ones in my transfer case a week later. They look new. I do not think they will break any time soon. I now have a set of about six of these of various sizes, head angles, in both internal and external configurations. I love them. I will keep buying Knipex products because they are not Chinese-made garbage. Thanks, Germany, for stepping up and making tools like we here in the USA used to make. These things are great. Knipex über alles!

Quality tool all the way. Tried two other snap rings pliers prior to this, neither did the job. Should have ordered Knipex set earlier, perfect leverage and control.
