Came missing the calf straps and 1 of the “torx screws”. Emailed them to see if they would send me the missing straps and was told to just return them if I have any problems. Wasn’t to worried about the screw as I have replacement screws on hand but since I need these for work, I was very disappointed in Klein. This time around I just ordered the straps for an additional 40 but will go with another company in the near future when its time to replace them again.
