Overall it’s a really nice kit but the ratchets backdrag outta box was criminal luckily fixable
Backdrag was truly terrible out the box but Stanley B&D brands always are dry out the box so lubricant oil of some sort is a must, preferably a soak then chuck up a socket adapter and socket that fits the anvil into a drill with a fairly low resistance clutch on the lowest setting and spin that bad boy for a min or two 500-1k revolutions in 30 second to 1min increments making sure the ratchet isn’t getting too hot but spin it each way and silver flakey looking anti seize of some sort will come out and keep oiling it into the anvil flushing it out as ur stopping and starting the spinning for immediate break in which does have risks of breaking the ratchet if Your not careful but after that my ratchet is buttery smooth and that’s coming from someone who uses predominantly use ratchets such as the Ko-Ken z, stahlwille and snap ratchets but these kits aren’t bad at all for 150 and I’ve seen As low as 80 being cleared out of the big blue home improvement store and for that these are a killer car set that actually has most of what you’ll see in a breakdown situation on a modern vehicle 10-32mm with a few skips however unlike the v series ratcheting wrench sets in this set at least didn’t skip important sizes without an sae equivalent…anyhow also includes a 10” locking extension that cleverly serves as the cases handle , a u joint another locking extension & the case is the same as the facom detection box and idk the name but the brand Usag also sell a kit in this case all around 200 for the 1/2” however if I were to pay that much I’d get the new Facom set that includes (Lock-on/ RBRT/xgrip/Ogv grip/ overdrive/supagrip/ xion drive / Xeon drive rigor/ Bergen/ us pro anti slip style) fluted 6pt sockets which I think are excellent and similar to the sealey premier lock-on line which is a phenomenal impact socket line and has been out almost a decade if not a decade
