I hate it.
I had a 36kw eco smart instant water heater for all my household water. After about 4 years it started to go cold after about 15 minutes or so. I couldn’t find any info about the Eco smart as far as error codes it was throwing or part numbers. I decided to go with a brand name so if anything went wrong I could troubleshoot. After installing it, and firing it up, it started just fine. after the first run, which went very well, I turned it off and it kicked one of the onboard circuit breakers. It could be that i had some air in the thing but finding any info on this thing is worse that the Chinese made Eco Smart. Not one vid on youtube and the hotline doesn’t answer phone calls. you just sit on hold for hours and never get a rep. I’m already wishing I had gone with Rheem.
