I’ve had one of these for 2+ years. Used it as the chief of our local volunteer fire department. High-powered light. The two different accessories for connecting to the helmet are a great benefit. I use the helmet band on my structural helmet and the mounting bracket on my wildlands helmet. Needed a new light for around the house and decided to get another one of these and donate the mounting accessories to the VFD.

Edit – the original flashlight batteries just died. I bought replacements and it appears the light itself no longer works. I’ve only had it 16 months, and actually used for 4 hours. Pretty disappointed for a $80 helmet light.I used the strap to attach the light to my helmet. Great fit, bright as heck, and easy to aim it directly at your sight line.
