Best meter for solar applications
Been using Fluke meters since the 1980’s, and they have never let me down. I still have my original one from 1982, and it still works fine. This one is invaluable for solar electrical testing and troubleshooting. First one rated for 1500V, to my knowledge. Safety first, use the right tools. That means spring for the real thing, get Fluke
